G’day, I’m Will — owner of SunWise Solar Cleaning.
A qualified electrician based right here in Bundaberg, cleaning solar systems the way they should be cleaned — as the electrical systems they are.
Why I started SunWise
I started SunWise in 2023 because I saw how many solar systems around the region were covered in dirt, bird droppings and lichen, and how few people were cleaning them properly. Most exterior cleaners treat solar like any other surface. I wanted to build a business that treats it as the electrical system it is.
Why that matters
With a qualified electrician in-house, we understand how your system works, what to look for and how to work around it safely. As well as cleaning your panels, we can carry out a visual solar system health check and let you know if anything needs attention.
Before going out on my own I completed my electrical apprenticeship, won Gold for Electrical at WorldSkills Queensland and was invited to compete at the WorldSkills national finals. I bring that same standard of work to every roof.
Proper equipment. Proper safety.
We use professional Kärcher iSolar solar cleaning equipment and purified (de-ionised) water for a spot-free finish, with no harsh chemicals or high-pressure water on your panels. Every job comes with before-and-after photos.
- Working-at-heights trained
- Harness & fall-restraint on every roof
- Safe Work Method Statements on every job
- $20 million public liability
- Purified-water solar equipment
- Before & after photos every job
